Contact form

We use your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry type and message to answer questions and handle quote requests. You provide these details. We cannot handle the enquiry without a reply address and message. Do not send sensitive personal data, identity numbers, passwords or product keys.

For an individual's quote request, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract. For general questions and business contacts, it is based on our legitimate interest in answering incoming enquiries. We do not use these details for marketing, profiling or automated decisions.

Providers and retention

Hostinger hosts the website and form handler. Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection to Dantellian's Zoho Mail inbox. The handler does not store messages in a separate website database or send automatic messages to the visitor's address.

Closed enquiries are normally deleted from the mailbox within 12 months of closure. If an enquiry leads to an assignment or information must be retained by law, the retention period for that purpose applies instead. Mailbox cleanup follows Dantellian's manual routine; it is not automated by the form.

To limit spam, the IP address is processed temporarily. The handler stores only a keyed hash, counters and short-lived sending references. These stop being used within at most one day and are removed on the next valid form request. Hostinger and Zoho may also process operational logs and backups under their service terms.

Your rights

Email info@dantellian.se to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information.

Open decisions

This information covers website contact enquiries. Detailed provider log and backup periods and any international transfers need follow-up against current processing agreements. Information about future payments and licensing will be added before those services launch.
